Commercial Iron Fence
Hardy Fence has a custom Fabrication facility and Custom Iron Fence facility which allows us to purchase material by the 18 wheeler load, in 24’ sticks. This Iron Material is typically red primed and baked at the factory. We then store the material inside in our climate controlled facility, on 12’ racks, until it is used in a Custom Iron Fence or Iron Gate or Fabrication Project. Hardy Fence uses Digital 252 Millermatics, with Argon Gas, for precise welds through the backside of the material insuring a weld that is stronger than the material. We have four custom built Jig tables and hundreds of clamps to keep the project straight and true.
Custom Iron Fence
Hardy Fence typically uses ¾” vertical pickets with Cast Iron Finials and 1.5” horizontal rails. Why you ask? This is how the old schoolers did it 30 years ago. Everything has gotten so cheap and so production oriented. Why would you put cheap pre built fence around a custom home or your business? Makes no sense to me because the character of a home is typically derived from the custom craftsman who built it. Is it not? Additionally your business can benefit greatly from a custom built fence in keeping out people who don’t belong there. Fences that look right from 10-20 feet, yet lack in structural integrity, substandard security, and detail, aren’t necessarily appropriate for certain homes and businesses. Custom Iron Installation
Hardy Fence has the manpower and equipment to get the job done. We have been in business for more than a decade, specializing in Commercial Fencing. In addition to having a full in house fabrication facility, Hardy Fence has two core drill machines with a variety of bits from 2” to 12”, two Stihl concrete saws, two 90 lb jack hammers, and a Bobcat S300 that can drill 10’ deep piers. Along with three field welder set ups, three generators, along with other equipment capabilities to install the fence wherever you need it! Custom Iron Paint
Hardy Fence purchases our primer and paint system from Sherwin Williams not the Steel distributor. This costs three times as much but ensures longevity in the field. For Custom Iron Fence or resort needs we can use Custom Fluropon Classic II by Valspar which is designed to give our product a manufacturer’s 30 year industrial finish.
Custom Iron Plasma CNC
Hardy Fence has a 65 amp three phase Hypotherm plasma cutter, as well as a field plasma cutter and a screw compressor for our Custom Iron Fence or Fabrication needs. If you’re an Architect we’re a perfect fit and partner to turn your vision to reality.
Custom Iron Fabrication
Hardy Fence can custom Forge, solid metal tube or install hollow tubing. We have several standard designs and or can build anything you desire or need. Ridiculous is okay as long as it’s in your budget!
